Fit Kids!

Fit Kids at Elite Health and Fitness is a program dedicated to educating children between the ages of 6-13 about living a healthy active lifestyle through high quality youth fitness programs and nutrition tips. Through our developed fitness program, and dedicated coaches, Kids Fit provides the framework to help children build positive relationships, self-confidence, independence, and develop a lifelong passion for health and wellness.

Lack of access to physical activity during early childhood is a critical national problem that leads to long-term negative health consequences and affects academic performance in school. By providing age appropriate, fun, physical activity programs; Kids Fit seeks to inspire an early love of sports and fitness that will provide the foundation for healthy living.


How Fit Kids is structured:

Our Summer Fit Kids program, Monday through Thursday 9:00 am - 10:30 am, and our Year-round Evening Fit Kids program Monday through Thursday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm, are geared towards kids ages 6-13 looking to have fun, get fit, and move better throughout the year.

Our program is focused on youth development, and sport specific training.

During each session the kids will have fun, play fitness games, work on body awareness through:


  • Speed Training
  • Agility Drills
  • Plyometric Training
  • Flexibility Development
  • Core and Balance skills

Kids Activity Center

With highly certified team members in our Kids Activity Center your children will enjoy structured playtime and fun games to ensure they will want to come back week after week! Our Kids Activity center is a place where, children ages 3 months through 6 years, can enjoy fun, age appropriate activates in a safe environment for an hour and a half per day.
